  bad costumer service! 2 Men sitting behind desk, not doing much. they clearly see me walk in and sit down. Niether one ask if I need assistance. I mean the bank was empty. I clearly didnt come in to rest on their chairs. After being ignored I went up to one of the men behind desk and ask for help opening an account and the gentle man said to come back later because he had an appointment in 15mins. uhmmmm ok. that still isnt an excuse not to be greeted or ask if I needed help with anything. Oh and at least 3 employees were not dressed professionally. please.....take notes from Chase Bank they obviously know how to treat guest and make you feel welcomed. and every employee is dressed sharp.

  Went in to make a payment. The teller was extremely rude and unhelpful. Asked to make a payment. He asked me to swype my card then looked at me and said Okay. Instead of asking how I would have liked to make my payment.. Ridiculous. Horrible bank.

  I can't even begin to fathom the level of customer service my family and I experienced today in one of your branches. The assistant manager Maria Mejia was inexplicable rude. She didn't even want to hear what our issues or concerns were. When I asked for her information she threw her business card at me! Maria Mejia NMLS ID: 725349 needs to be retained or even terminated after this type of behavior. The branch manager Mario did nothing when I began to voice my concerns. Shame on you citibank for hiring incompetent people.
